ORDERING

In case your shipment has not arrived, before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

● Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
● Ask for your order at your local post office.
● Ask your neighbors if the carrier would have left your package.

Pro tip: Avoid theft. If you will not be home on the day of delivery, use your work address or where you will be.

If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbours, please contact us at info@culters.store with your order number. If your address has been entered incorrectly, we may send your product back to you, but please note that you will have to bear the costs. Please write down your address before confirming your order.

Culters works with partner logistics centers to print and ship our orders. We are communicating regularly with them for the latest updates on the situation.

Our alternative logistics center is still operating and we continue to accept orders. Due to the strict measures of distance between people that have been applied in our distribution centers, so the management and shipping will take longer to reach you. So our delivery times are a little longer than usual.

In any case, all our shipments include tracking, so you will know where your order is at all times. We recommend you keep up to date with changes in the legislation in your area that may affect the postal and parcel companies, as these could lengthen the shipping time.
