OPTION 1: RETURN
The customer will return your items within 14 calendar days of receipt of your shipment.
● Must be in original condition
● Clothing must be unwashed and unused
● In the original packaging
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (including reimbursement for initial shipping charges) and an original payment method will be applied automatically.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment and any additional custom charges.
OPTION 2: WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the event that the item is defective or has been mistakenly shipped by us to another address, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of your damaged item, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible! Once checked, you will be informed by email whether the item should be refunded or replaced.
OPTION 3: SIZE EXCHANGE OR OTHER PRODUCT OF THE SAME PRICE
If you're not sure which size will fit you best, check our size guides in the product descriptions. In the event of a size or design change, send us an email at email@example.com (notifying us with your name, order number, and the change you want to make), we will manage your new order and let you know how to proceed.
